Fourth Annual Friends First Rally
Since our 2009 Lazy Days Rally there have been many changes in the Fleetwood RV family, there are decisions to be made by the new owners American Industrial Partners (AIP) that affect Fleetwood Clubs.
Not being a soothsayer I expect the elimination of some models, the formation of one or perhaps two major Fleetwood clubs and a tightening of rally club support. Even with change, we can be certain that Fleetwood does not in any way wish to affect the great times we have at their sponsored rallies.
Our Forth Annual Friend First Lazy Days Rally is already on the board. Our site is already arranged, our caterer Lupton already has our meal selection, and our entertainment is under contract. For several years we have tried to sign these two spectacular and extraordinary acts.
This year we lucked out and got both. The entertainment is worth the price of this FMA Rally. To entice RVers weÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡ll throw in a few further incentives. Come and enjoy the excellently prepared and professionally presented meals by LuptonÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s and an offsite BBQ at Boggy Bottom. All this for just $290.00.
To partially use an expression from the Wizard of Oz, Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡thereÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s no place like Lazy DaysÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡. Club and chapters have gone to other campgrounds, but after a short spell return to Lazy Days Rally Park. There is to my knowledge no place that gives and offers so much.
A short walk from Rally Park is Lazy Days RV Center, where for curiosity or interest, you can walk into many Revs to get ideas or trade, there is the repair center where you can get windshields replaced, repaired or defogged. A simplified system of getting motorhomes in an out quickly for a grease and oil change is in place. Many repair specials are being introduced. Have your RV detailed in hours and make it look like it just came from the factory. A new department was introduced this spring-Remodel your coach. A total new interior. In one year Lazy Days has moved into the 21st century.
Join us this January 26-31, 2010 for a great rally of six days five nights of enjoyment, food, friendship and entertainment. This rally is sandwiched between the Tampa RV Show and the Southeast FMCA Rally at Brooksville. All Fleetwood motorhome owners are welcome. There are no restrictions on size, model, or class. Members or non-members.
